If your current plan is Free and/or if you haven’t signed up for a Trial
If your current account status is Free, you can simply go to the pricing page and upgrade from there. If you haven’t signed up for a 7-day trial for the Standard plan, go ahead and start it!
If you are currently on a 7-day trial for the Standard plan
When you register for a trial, you could only choose the Standard plan at that moment, therefore we will change the settings to the plan you wish to continue on our end. To do that, please contact us here. Or you can simply stop the auto-renewal and upgrade to the plan of your choice after the trial period expires.
If you wish to change your plan
You can change your plan from the next subscription period. To do that, please cancel your current subscription(stop the auto-renewal) from Billing Info. After the expiration of the current plan, upgrade to the plan from the pricing page.
If you would like to meet with a Brand Coach as soon as possible, you can purchase coaching sessions as an *add-on. Please contact us here if you wish to.
*Add-on session requires an additional fee.
