There will be an update on our user policy. This change will be effective after July 20, 2021. The change is in Article 18 Withdrawal of Membership and the following is the modified content.
Members may terminate their Membership pursuant to this Policy by canceling the Membership by themselves from the Setting page.
If the member decides not to renew the subscription, the member must cancel the subscription by the Renewal Date by themselves.
If the Member does not cancel their subscription in accordance with the foregoing, the then-applicable periodic fee for the Renewing Services will be billed automatically to the Member’s Stored Card at the Renewal Date, the Membership will be terminated on the day before the next Renewal Date. and subscription shall be deemed renewed. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary hereunder, subscriptions to Renewing Services will be terminated only upon the expiration of the respective period for which Members have already made payment, and no Fees already paid shall be refunded exception to the extent required by applicable law or in the event of ZeBrand's willful misconduct or negligence. Members are required to pay all costs or fees incurred on their account, including any debt owed to ZeBrand, at the time of such termination.
