We deeply appreciate your continued support for our brand-building platform, ZeBrand. We have an important announcement to share, and we kindly request that you read this message in its entirety.
After careful consideration, we regretfully inform you that we have made the difficult decision to discontinue the ZeBrand service, effective December 31, 2023.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who has used ZeBrand since its launch. Your support has been invaluable to us, and we sincerely thank you.
Although this decision was challenging, we remain committed to creating new value in line with our vision of "Brand your way."
Details of ZeBrand Discontinuation
The termination of the ZeBrand service will follow the schedule outlined below:

New Sign-ups and Plan Changes: June 22, 2023 (Thursday)
We are no longer accepting new sign-ups or plan changes at this time.

Service Termination: December 31, 2023 (Sunday)
A final decision has been made regarding the end date of the service. ZeBrand will be discontinued effective from this date.

Account Access Period: Sunday, December 31, 2023
- You will retain access to your account and be able to utilize the services included in your plan (Premium, Standard, Free, and Multi-Brands) until the end of the service period.
- Please note that coach sessions will be unavailable after September 2023. (Premium plan customers are requested to utilize coach sessions until August 2023.)
Payment Details
The following actions will be taken for customers currently subscribed to paid plans:
- The payment will be made until June 2023
- If you have a yearly subscription, payments will be processed until the end of June 2023. A refund for the period after July 2023 will be issued in July.
- If you have a monthly subscription, all current subscriptions will be automatically canceled on June 30, 2023. As a result, no further payments will be made after July 1, 2023.
- Your current plan (Premium, Standard, or Free) will remain active until the end of December 2023.
- Coaching sessions will be available until the end of August 2023 and will no longer be accessible after September 2023.

皆様に長らくご愛顧いただきました『ZeBrand』サービスですが、諸般の事情により 2023年12月31日（日）をもちましてサービスを終了させていただくこととなりました。
サービス開始以来、『ZeBrand』サービスをご利用いただきました皆さまに深く御礼申し上げます。誠にありがとうございました。
この決断は容易なものではありませんでしたが、『Brand your way』のビジョンのもと、新たな価値の創出に向け邁進していく所存です。
サービス終了に関する詳細
以下の日程に基づき、『ZeBrand』サービスの終了手続きを実施いたします。
- 新規アカウントの作成、プラン変更受付の停止：2023年6月22日（木）
新規アカウントの作成、プランの変更は現在受け付けておりません。

サービス終了日：2023年12月31日（日）
サービス終了日に関しては、最終的な決定がなされました。『ZeBrand』サービスはこの日付をもって終了いたします。

アカウントへのアクセス可能期間：2023年12月31日（日）
- サービス終了までの期間中、お客様は引き続きアカウントにアクセスし、ご利用中のプラン（Premium、Standard、FreeもしくはMulti-brands）に含まれるサービスのご利用が可能です。
- コーチセッションに関しましては、2023年9月以降のご提供は不可となります。（Premiumプランご利用のお客様には2023年8月中までのコーチセッション利用をお願いしております。）
お支払いに関する詳細
現状、有償プランをご利用いただいているお客様には、以下の対応をとらせていただきます。
- お支払いは2023年6月分までとなります
- 年間契約をご利用いただいているお客様には、2023年6月末までのお支払いをいただき、2023年7月以降分に関しましては、7月中に返金させていただきます。
- 月額契約をご利用いただいているお客様には、2023年6月30日をもちまして、現在ご利用中のサブスクリプションをすべてキャンセルいたします。2023年7月1日以降、新たな支払いは発生しません。
- 2023年12月末までは、現プラン（Premium、Standard、FreeもしくはMulti-brands）を利用し続けることが可能です。
- 前述の通り、2023年9月以降、コーチセッションのご提供は不可となります。
これまで長い間『ZeBrand』サービスをご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございました。 運営スタッフ一同、この場をお借りして心より御礼申し上げます。
